Design Procedure

A minimum deposit of percent (50%) is required to commence work unless otherwise stated.

All text for project must be in word format document. All images must be in the highest resolution you can make them and in a .psd format or directly in digital form from a digital camera. All files may be zipped and sent via e-mail.

First Payment

Once the 50% deposit is received the Developer basic site design concepts will be kept on developers server and available online for the Client's viewing and approval.

Communication via Email between the Developer and the Client is crucial during this phase to ensure that the ultimate publication will match the Client's taste and needs.

Upon completion of this stage, the Client will be asked to confirm acceptance or the basic site design concept via e-mail or by signing a printed copy of the design and Faxed / e-mail to the Developer.

Once this acceptance is received from the Client, the work necessary to complete the project will begin.

Clients should continue, however, to continually view updates to the site and express their preferences or dislikes to the Developer via Email.

Upon completion of the web site, an e-mail or letter and invoice will be sent to the Client advising the Client that the work has been completed.

Final Payment

Final payment of the remaining 50% balance plus any additional charges incurred will be due upon completion.

After the developer receives payment of the balance due the site will be emailed to the client's recomended email address.

Non-Disclosure

At no time will we or our partners ever discuss or exchange sensitive data with outside parties. This includes project notes, product announcements, or any other potentially harmful information that could damage a client's performance financially.

The only time we will ever discuss your project with an outside party is in the event of a third party provider and at which time, we assumes full responsibility to provide a client with full non-disclosure documentation from those parties if needed.
