Charges on a per listing basis

1. No changing or replacing any OR core files allowing addon to work with all 2.X versions. This does require 1 change to the admin template and 1 change to the language file.
2. Admin interface to create an unlimited amount of charging options. You can set the option description, expiration terms in days, months, or years, select if the option is for a featured or non-featured listing, and select if the option will allow images and vtours.
3. The forms for the agent to select the terms will be dynamically created based on the options setup in the admin screen.
4. Uses Paypal IPN for secure transactions.
5. Admin can choose the currency for payment (limited to Paypal's accepted currencies).
6. Paypal config settings are set through OR admin screen.
7. All language can be changed in the seperate language file.
8. With a simple change to the OR admin template, the edit my listings page will show their listings, listing status (active or not), listings expiration date, and links to activate/renew, edit, or delete each listing.
9. Upon confirmation from Paypal that the payment was successful, the selected listing will be updated to active, featured (if part of package), and the new expiration will be set.
10. Installation requires uploading the addon, setting up your listing optionsl, setting some of the standard OR settings in the site config, and changing the OR admin template.
